Project of Demolition and Restoration of the Old House
After meeting the client and visiting the unique site and its exemplary view, Villazhest decided to create an attractive design including an 8 metered ceiling which has an entry towards an opening with the same height, hosting and inviting the entire surrounding landscape to the interior space all at once, inducing an exceptional feeling in the residents. The greatest strength of this project is about the amount of time spent on designing and execution (demolition and reconstruction). Designing process took less than a week, and execution was finished until carpentry stage in less than three months, in spite of the uneven road and difficult accessibility to the site.
